At Knightstor we talk about Respoke furniture, perfectly showcased with this pioneering, industry leading project with Double Eleven, a game developer based in the heart of Middlesbrough. Over the past three years, we've witnessed their remarkable growth, expanding from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 resulting in them re-locating to a purpose built headquarters.
We had the privilege of assisting them across three key phases using both new and Respoke office furniture:
Phase 1: Installing 147 electric height-adjustable desks, desk dividing screens, desktop power, and monitor arms into their temporary office space.
Phase 2: Adding 64 additonal workstations & chairs to their existing office setup.
And the highlight of it all:
Phase 3: We procured 247 high-quality recycled Steelcase height-adjustable back-to-back desks into the stunning Boho X office space, once the fit-out was completed. This is where Knightstor's pioneering Respoke services came into play as we manufactured bespoke bars for matching dividing screens, bespoke cable management shrouds to match existing setups and sustainable recyclable new desktops that seamlessly matched the original setup Sustainability is at our core, so having the chance to save these desks from landfill and give them a new lease at life through using our Respoke services was a chance we couldn’t turn down. Not only did they showcase superior quality, but they also delivered a cost-saving solution that couldn’t be turned down.
The installation was successfully completed over a 5-day period in March 2024, including meticulous steps from removal to cleaning and transportation to Middlesbrough.
